Search for "AvoFax" in the App Store and tap Install. Once it's downloaded, open the app and create your account. You'll get a dedicated fax number instantly — no porting or setup delay.
Tip: Enable notifications so you'll know the moment your fax is delivered or a new fax arrives.
Tap "Send Fax" and enter the recipient
From the home screen, tap the Send Fax button. Type in the recipient's fax number including area code, or pick a contact from your saved list. AvoFax validates the number format before you continue.
Attach your document
Tap the attachment area to upload a PDF, photo, or Word document from your iPhone. You can also use the built-in camera scanner to snap a photo of a paper document — AvoFax will straighten and enhance it automatically.
Tip: For best results, make sure the document is well-lit and the text is legible before scanning.
Review and send
Preview your fax to confirm the pages look right, then tap Send. AvoFax transmits the fax over a secure connection and sends you a delivery confirmation once the receiving machine picks up.
